I was merging onto highway 401E from the 8 overpass today around 1:30pm. I saw a silver Chevy HHR in front of me u-turn into oncoming traffic and a black Hyundai Sonata collided with it. It looked pretty minor. I wish my dashcam was on to catch it. Wasn’t safe for me to stop. Did anyone else see it? WTF is wrong with the drivers here 😂
